INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL ANALYST

Position Description You will serve as an INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL ANALYST in the MRO LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will maintain the RBOMs for their area of responsibility, incorporating changes driven by Technical Directives (TDs), changes in material sourcing availability, actual performance data, etc. You will regularly review RBOM input assumptions (e.g., replacement factors, quantity per assembly) to ensure they are current and accurate. You will monitor and analyze RBOM metrics to determine forecast accuracy, effectiveness, and identify variance drivers You will assess impacts of RBOM changes across the depot, including impacts to production workload, capacity, and financial measures such as Net Operating Result (NOR). You will review Beyond Economic Repair (BER) requests for accuracy of material charges, Job Order Number, and material requested. You will use analytical techniques to develop RBOM inputs based on technical data and workload prioritization, historical data from analogous workload, engineering estimates, and actual performance. Maintain and review RBOMs by incorporating technical directives and performance data to ensure accuracy. Analyze RBOM metrics and assess the impact of changes on production workload, capacity, and financial results.

The candidate must be able to use analytical techniques to develop material inputs based on historical and technical data. Experience in reviewing Beyond Economic Repair requests and managing material charges is required.
