Job Title Project Controls Coordinator I Location Calgary, AB or Edmonton, AB Duration 1 Year Contract - Possible Extension Work Model Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office; Wednesday and Friday work from home) Responsibilities Provide cost control support to project management teams. Create and manage purchase orders and change orders. Act as the single point of contact for requisition creation in Oracle Financials. Monitor requisition, purchase order, and change order status. Analyze project data using Oracle Financials reports, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel. Coordinate with Project Controls Advisors, Engineering, Execution, Supply Chain Management, and Accounts Payable. Support contract revisions when additional funding is required. Assist with receipt of services and invoice validation activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or a combination of post-secondary education (including a diploma) and relevant industry experience. 3+ years of experience supporting purchase orders for engineering and construction capital projects. Familiarity with project cost control best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Cloud. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Office environment. Up to 10% travel may be required. Why Work With Us? The Project Controller will provide cost control support to project management teams and manage purchase orders and change orders. They will also analyze project data and coordinate with various departments to ensure project success.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in supporting purchase orders for engineering and construction projects. Familiarity with project cost control best practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Cloud are also required.
