Job Title: Processing Center Advisor (Customer Service Representative) Location: Edmonton, AB Employment Type: Contract About the Role NetworkPedia is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Processing Center Advisor to support the delivery. This role involves reviewing applications, determining eligibility, resolving client inquiries, and helping families and childcare providers navigate program requirements and online services. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, analytical, documentation review, and problem-solving experience and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Review and process applications, renewals, and amendments according to established program policies. Review financial and supporting documentation to determine client eligibility. Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries from parents, guardians, childcare providers, and stakeholders. Research documentation, policies, and program information to resolve client issues. Investigate application, eligibility, payment, and system-related concerns. Help clients navigate online portals, services, and program processes. Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential and sensitive information. Manage multiple cases and priorities in a high-volume environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery. Participate in training, testing, operational projects, and continuous improvement activities. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma/GED. Customer service and/or retail sales experience. Experience researching existing documentation to determine resolutions. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a complex environment requiring prioritization of multiple tasks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to accurately review documentation and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Preferred Skills Relevant post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related area. 3+ years of experience navigating multiple systems/applications simultaneously. 2+ years of call center experience responding to client inquiries. 3+ years of experience in a position requiring strong analytical skills. 4+ years of directly relevant experience in a similar position. Government programs, benefits administration, eligibility assessment, case processing, or social services experience.
