This role focuses on expanding new business opportunities while retaining and supporting existing accounts across Neudorff North America’s (NNA) full product portfolio. The position serves as the primary liaison between NNA and key customers, ensuring alignment between customer needs and NNA’s strategic objectives. This includes effectively communicating NNA’s capabilities, values, and product advantages while bringing customer insights and market intelligence back to internal cross-functional teams to drive innovation, service excellence, and long-term partnerships. Dimensions of Job:The Technical Support Manager plays a pivotal role in driving NNA’s long-term growth and market presence. This position is directly accountable for building and sustaining strong, profitable relationships with assigned key distributor accounts across Canada, while executing a nationwide strategic plan focused on sustainable sales growth and customer success. The individual will be responsible for delivering a deep, data driven understanding of each key account’s business, market positioning, and operational needs. This insight will guide the development of annual growth strategies and customized action plans that align with NNA’s commercial objectives. Success in this role requires fostering strong customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations, maintaining proactive communication, and ensuring alignment between customer goals and NNA’s strategic initiatives. Principal Accountabilities:Develops and implements comprehensive key account plans to achieve annual objectives in alignment with the overall commercial strategy set by the Commercial Director, Neudorff North AmericaManages day-to-day business activities and expectations of existing customers, ensuring exceptional service, communication, and responsiveness. Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships at all organizational levels within both the customer and NNA.Identifies and pursues growth opportunities within existing and new customer accounts through market share expansion, product portfolio development, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships.Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs, applications, and market dynamics to craft tailored, value-driven sales propositions. Effectively transitions customers from a commodity-based purchasing mindset to a value-based partnership approach.Applies creative thinking and solution-oriented approaches to uncover new opportunities, add value, and clearly differentiate NNA’s products and services from competitors.Stays informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity. Leverages insights to identify potential new product applications and to strengthen NNA’s market position through proactive engagement with customers and industry stakeholders.Promotes the Neudorff brands through active participation in professional associations, conferences, and trade shows. Consistently represents the organization with professionalism, integrity, and leadership.Demonstrates accountability and precision in all processes, maintaining accurate and timely reports and required documentation, including competitive intelligence, pricing updates, and customer feedback reports.Operates within established travel and expense budgets while maintaining focus on efficiency and return on investment.Performs additional duties and special projects assigned to support overall business goals.Major Challenges:Achieving consistent year-over-year growth
