Working in a collaborative team environment, this role supports field technicians, Project Managers, and clients by troubleshooting, commissioning, programming, and servicing security systems. The position requires reviewing product manuals and technical documentation, working closely with manufacturers' technical support teams, and assisting with the delivery of reliable solutions.
