Department Human Resources Location Montreal At Stingray, creativity, collaboration, and innovative technology are at the core of our DNA. The HR Generalist will support People programs, workforce analytics, HR reporting, compensation administration, policy administration, HR systems governance, and project management for key People initiatives. This role will help ensure the People Team has reliable data, repeatable processes, and strong execution support for annual cycles, compliance activities, engagement programs, and M&A integration work. Your day-to-day Prepare HR metrics, headcount reporting, workforce analytics, and quarterly people dashboards. Support compensation, performance, talent, and engagement cycles through data preparation, tracking, materials, and follow-up. Administer HR policies, compliance trackers, disability and leave management documentation, and related employee communications. Maintain HR systems governance, data quality standards, process documentation, and reporting consistency. Coordinate People Team projects, M&A integration activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-up. Support engagement surveys, DEI metrics, talent review meetings, HR compliance activities, and committees such as DEI, Stingray Connect, and ESG. Leverage AI to automate HR processes and reporting. Your Qualifications Minimum of 3-4 years of HR generalist, HR operations, people analytics, or HR project coordination experience. Strong Excel, HRIS, dashboard, and recurring reporting skills. Solid understanding of HR processes across performance, engagement, compensation, benefits, compliance, and policy administration. Excellent attention to detail, organization, discretion, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple timelines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred. Strong bilingual French and English skills required. Ownership Areas Engagement survey administration and reporting coordination. Quarterly people dashboards and headcount reporting. DEI metrics and compliance tracking. Performance review logistics and follow-up tracking. HR policy inventory, process documentation, and audit readiness.
