Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. Your Impact As a Surface Maintenance Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of key surface assets. Your expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs will help maximize equipment availability and support safe production across the operation. As Part of the Team Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls on surface equipment including conveyors, crushers, pumps, compressors, fans, and feeders. Complete maintenance work in accordance with safety standards, asset management processes, and work management systems. Maintain equipment to design specifications and contribute to reliability improvement initiatives. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Collaborate with planners and maintenance teams to ensure tools, materials, and parts are available for scheduled work. Maintain accurate maintenance records within SAP CMMS. Support a strong safety culture through participation in safety meetings, documentation, and risk management activities. Prerequisites Red Seal Millwright Certification. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, crushers, cranes, and rotating equipment. Welding experience is considered an asset. Working knowledge of SAP CMMS is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Work Environment Remote camp-based mining operation. 13 days on, 13 days off rotation, with additional travel days. 12-hour shifts in a dynamic industrial environment. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and wear required PPE. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment medical assessment. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on surface mining equipment such as conveyors, crushers, and pumps. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and are accurately documented within the SAP CMMS system.

Requires a Red Seal Millwright Certification and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Candidates must be proficient in mechanical diagnostics and comfortable working in a remote, camp-based industrial environment.
