Technical Recruiter

Nexus is looking for an IT staffing agency experienced Technical Recruiter. We're looking for experienced IT staffing agency professional with 5+ years of experience. Experience will come from within an IT Staffing Agency environment in the GTA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process *leverage recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools including Bullhorn and LinkedIn *build and develop relationships and a network of consultants *understand client requirements *via screening/interview processes, and the evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, align the most suitable candidates with the requirements *place candidates and manage and maintain relationships of placed consultants *allow for continuous lines of communication with the Nexus team, Consultants and Clients, to foster the growth of strong relationships and the delivery of quality service. What qualifications you’ll require to come on board: -5+ years of IT Recruiting in a GTA staffing agency environment (direct and VMS) -Possess strong written and oral English communication skills -French/English bilingualism is a great asset -Excellent Interpersonal skills, sound judgment and negotiating skills What we offer once we mutually agreed to work together: - We provide competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and benefits
