The job involves: Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced high-volume environment Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Carrying a drink tray throughout your shift Maintaining a clean floor section and ensuring areas are free of glassware Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has: Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in Food & Beverage Smart Serve Certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills A positive attitude and good work ethic We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted We confirm that we do not use AI in screening of applicants, and this position is an existing vacancy.
