The job involves: Cleaning and maintaining 14 smoking or non-smoking credits per day Removing sheets from beds, making beds, emptying garbage containers, dusting and vacuuming floors Cleaning bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, jacuzzis and mirrors Replenishing amenities Inspecting and reporting equipment damage or malfunction Responding to guest calls and cleaning common areas when needed Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism Lifting up to 20 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 30 pounds repetitively throughout your shift Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has: Sense of urgency, accountability and a high level of integrity and confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail We confirm that we do not use AI in screening of applicants, and this position is an existing vacancy We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted Niagara Casinos is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment by providing equal opportunity to candidates of all abilities.
