What we have to offer: -Excellent pay plan -Comprehensive benefits package -Paid Holidays and vacation time -Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30, Weekends off -Clean well lit and well organized shop -Comfortable heated work environment -Dedicated work-bay -Individual reference and diagnostic computer -Loyal client base -Outstanding reputation -Boot and tool allowance -Paid training *Job Description:* - Properly complete the services and/or repairs for which assigned by Service Advisor - Test, check and road test each vehicle necessary to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair - Perform work in priority order assigned by the shop - Give adequate notice if a promised completion time cannot be achieved - Keep Service Advisors informed of vehicle?s progress - Utilize all forms of assistance to properly diagnose, recommend and repair vehicles - Return vehicle in clean condition - Follow proper procedures for performing service and repairs - Familiarize and utilize all shop and manufacturer?s memos and technical and service bulletins - Keep work area well-organized and clean and use safe work habits - Perform miscellaneous tasks, duties and projects as needed *Skills / Requirements:* - BMW Certified Technician preferred or strong European make experience. - Reliable, Professional and Likable - Strong diagnostic skills - Must have valid driver?s license and good driving record - Must supply own tools - Pride in workmanship - Willing to further education by participating in various training and educational seminars *Benefits:* After completion of a 90 day probation and subsequent performance review, the applicant will be eligible for a comprehensive benefit package. *Organization Values and Culture:* We love what we do and we?re good at it.
