This teammate will ensure our customers are provided outstanding service for their orders, while ensuring sales and gross profit are maximized. How you Contribute to Noble's Success Provide direct sales service and product line information to our customers (in person, or by telephone/e-mail), and ensure customer’s needs are satisfied Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders. Evaluate customer’s needs and upsell product where appropriate to maximize sales Other related profit centre duties to support business needs Must Haves and Nice to Haves You Must Have: Minimum two (2) years’ customer service experience Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs The target annual salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000 Who We Are From our beginning as a plumbing supplier, Noble has grown to serve the trade in HVAC, Hydronics, Industrial, and Fire Protection.
