Senior Optical Engineer

As a Senior technical contributor for the design and development of optical line system products, you will work closely with our optical system design team to translate system requirements into product and then component specifications. Responsible for optical design, calibration, optical DVT and debug of said products, including EDFAs, Raman amplifiers, FOADMs, ROADMs, OPM, OCM, optical switches, OTDR, spectrum equalizers and other advanced optical modules. The role involves translating system requirements into product and component specifications for optical line system products. Responsibilities include the design, calibration, and validation of modules such as EDFAs, ROADMs, and optical switches.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Optical Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering. Experience in optical communications product design and the ability to write engineering specifications and test plans are required.
