parcel delivery driver

Nor Pel, Inc. is a contractor for Canada Post and we deliver parcels / packages in the Yellowknife, NWT area. We are hiring a Parcel Delivery Driver Must be able to start between 10:00 am to 11:00 Monday to Friday \*\*\*note\*\*\* steady work available. The job is every day Monday to Friday. NOTE: depends on volumes of parcels. Some days are longer. Some days are shorter. At current time Mondays a little longer and Fridays a little shorter. Duties include: - organizing parcels in to vehicle for your route - Using an electronic scanner/PDT. Training provided - Parcel delivery door to door (local only) -Knowledge of the city is very helpful - must be able to comfortably get in and out of vehicle many times per day as well as able to walk stairs as needed A clean driver?s abstract is an asset Security clearance/background check will be required by Canada Post Must be located in Yellowknife, NWT *We provide the work vehicle and fuel* Salary range is listed here because pay increases as number of deliveries increases. paid per piece delivered paid by each parcel delivered so as you gain experience and become more efficient your pay will increase as you will deliver more during each shift.
