QA & Deliverables Review Specialist

Job Posting Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Position Objectives Ensure the quality, completeness, and compliance of project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and implement quality assurance processes, acceptance criteria, and review mechanisms across all project workstreams. Verify that deliverables meet contractual, technical, regulatory, and organizational requirements before formal acceptance. Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying gaps, managing corrective actions, and ensuring delivery readiness. Job Description & Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Project Quality Assurance (QA) Plan, quality standards, and review processes for all project deliverables. Conduct quality reviews of technical, operational, and project documentation to ensure compliance with approved standards and contractual requirements. Define and manage deliverable acceptance criteria in collaboration with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders. Perform quality audits, compliance assessments, readiness reviews, and stage-gate verification throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain review checklists, acceptance matrices, quality records, and audit documentation. Identify non-conformities, quality issues, and documentation gaps, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked to closure. Verify that deliverables comply with governance frameworks, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely review, approval, and acceptance of project deliverables. Prepare quality assurance reports, compliance summaries, and executive updates highlighting quality performance and improvement opportunities. Support project acceptance, operational readiness, and final handover by ensuring all deliverables meet agreed quality and acceptance standards. Promote continuous improvement by enhancing quality assurance processes, templates, and governance practices across the program. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, project governance, PMO, project delivery, or compliance within large-scale enterprise, infrastructure, or government programs. Proven experience reviewing project deliverables, conducting quality audits, and managing acceptance processes. Strong understanding of quality management systems, project governance, compliance frameworks, and document control practices. Experience developing quality plans, acceptance criteria, audit checklists, and readiness assessments. Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality assurance methodologies, project lifecycle management, and continuous improvement practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and document management systems. Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality in mission-critical environments.
