Community Event Promoter (Commission-Based) About Norouzi Collective Norouzi Collective is a North Vancouver-based creative community dedicated to making art welcoming, accessible, and social. We host Sip & Paint experiences, drawing clubs, workshops, private events, and creative gatherings designed to bring people together through art. Our mission is simple: create memorable experiences where people can relax, connect, and discover their creativity—whether they've painted before or not. Role Description Norouzi Collective is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Community Event Promoters to help grow our weekly Sip & Paint events in North Vancouver. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity. You'll promote our events, connect with people in the local community, share events through your network and social media, and help introduce new guests to Norouzi Collective. You can work on your own schedule while helping build a growing local arts community. Responsibilities Promote Norouzi Collective's Sip & Paint events. Share event information through your personal network and social media. Introduce our events to local businesses and community groups. Build relationships within the North Vancouver community. Represent Norouzi Collective in a friendly and professional manner. Help generate new ticket sales using your unique referral code. Compensation Earn $12 for every confirmed attendee who purchases a ticket using your unique referral code and attends the event. Unlimited earning potential. Flexible schedule. Commission is paid after each event. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and reliable. Active on social media is an asset. Sales, customer service, marketing, or community outreach experience is an asset but not required. Passion for art, community events, and supporting local businesses. Legally eligible to work in Canada.
