We strive to offer a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment that helps our employees expand their careers and reach their highest potential. www.sinctech.com/pages/about-us [http://www.sinctech.com/pages/about-us] Summary: Position: Production Staff Department: Production Reports to: Production Team Lead Work Type: Full-time, Contractor Hourly Rate: $17.60 - $19.60 Location: Aurora, ON What You’ll Do: * Read assembly drawings and instructions * Assemble a variety of antennas and filters * Check-in process quality of products as per the production standard * Perform testing of products * Solder/rework various components * Use of simple jigs, fixtures, and hand tools * Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: * Diploma or Degree in Production, Electronics, or the equivalent is an asset. * Technical ability to read assembly drawings and instructions, assemble and test various antenna products, and use simple jigs, fixtures, and hand tools as required. * Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for identifying errors or defects in the production process. * Knowledge of safety and quality standards, committed to enforcing them. * Be able to lift 25 Kg from the floor to normal bench height. * Able to work overtime and/or shift work.
