Note this role requires flexibility to rotate between day and night 12 hours continental shifts. * Coordinate and monitor scheduling of team members to ensure proper staffing; identify staffing needs; and participate in onboarding and training of team members * Assume a leadership role in the plant safety, food safety, waste reduction program in our operation; * Develop a working knowledge of equipment to support coaching and mentorship of team members; * Conduct regular departmental tours and participate in daily meetings; conduct inspections of equipment and premises to ensure a safe work environment * Support standardized processes to impact operational efficiency YOUR PROFILE: * Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in similar role is preferred; * Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge and/or experience; * Excellent interpersonal/listening skills in order to interact with a diverse workforce; a communicator with proven leadership abilities; * A proactive, problem-solver with the courage to lead change; * A positive, energetic attitude and natural leadership qualities We’re looking for people like you! The Operations Leader is responsible for coordinating team scheduling, onboarding, and training while ensuring operational excellence. They must also lead plant safety, food safety, and waste reduction initiatives while providing coaching and mentorship to team members.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
