Position Summary The HR Advisor plays a key role in supporting NAC’s people and operations by delivering comprehensive Human Resources services across the organization. Acting as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, this role provides full-cycle recruitment, employee relations support, policy and collective agreement interpretation, learning and development initiatives, and day-to-day HR advisory support. \n Position Duties: As an HR Advisor, you will deliver full-cycle HR support including: Full-cycle recruitment (salaried focus) Employee relations & workplace investigations Policy & collective agreement interpretation Onboarding & workforce planning Compensation, benefits & HR advisory support Learning & development initiatives You’ll act as a trusted partner, providing practical solutions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
