North Cariboo Air is looking for an experienced, results-driven Charter Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and client acquisition strategy in Calgary. If you have a deep understanding of corporate aviation, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of closing high-value charter deals, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our charter client base. Manage end-to-end charter sales, from initial inquiry and aircraft matching to pricing, contract negotiation, and booking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, travel management companies, and charter brokers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and charter demand to optimize pricing and maximize fleet utilization. Collaborate with Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Ground Handling to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in corporate aviation, charter brokerage, or commercial airlines. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of charter flight operations, aircraft types, regional logistics, and aviation pricing structures. Skills: Proven negotiation abilities, strong communication, and proficiency with charter management/CRM software. Mindset: Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with on-call demands. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Calgary, AB.
