The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, maintain high-quality workmanship, and coordinate effectively with project managers and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, roofing expertise, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Wage & Compensation ‍ CAD $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. ‍ Perks & Benefits ‍ * Company Vehicle / Company Truck: Provided for work‐site travel and hauling of tools and materials. * Technology Provision: Company issued iPad (or tablet) for job documentation, communication, scheduling, reporting, etc. ‍ Responsibilities * Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential job sites * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code * Interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work * Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics * Perform quality control checks throughout the project * Maintain daily job reports and communicate progress to management * Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA regulations * Train and mentor crew members as needed ‍ Requirements * 3+ years of experience in residential roofing * Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred * Knowledge of roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat, etc.) * Strong understanding of job site safety practices * Ability to read blueprints and project plans * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ‍ Find Out More Come Work With Us Joining North OKGN Construction means more than a career; it's becoming part of a family that values growth, excellence, and community impact.
