What You’ll Do As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Completing pre-start inspections and daily production reports Operating forklifts to move materials and products Staging raw materials and finished goods on the production floor Troubleshooting equipment issues and making basic adjustments Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting fellow operators and team members as needed Following all safety and quality procedures Performing other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Previous forklift operating experience Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player with a willingness to help where needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work overtime when required Commitment to workplace safety Why Join North West Rubber?
