Responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment Meet high demand production targets Identify quality concerns quickly and effectively Troubleshooting machinery and making adjustments as needed Completing production reports and equipment inspections Assisting with preventative maintenance activities Operating forklifts and staging materials Following quality and safety procedures Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting production goals as part of a team Preform other work-related duties as assigned What We’re Looking For We’re seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Operate and monitor manual die cut manufacturing equipment to meet production targets while ensuring high product quality. Perform machinery troubleshooting, equipment inspections, and assist with preventative maintenance and material staging via forklift.

Candidates should have manufacturing or machine operating experience and mechanical aptitude. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to work rotating shifts are required.
