What it’s like to be a Northbridge Client Bill Representative When our brokers, agents and clients have a question about the billing of their insurance premiums, the Client Bill team provide excellent customer service to answer and support their needs. The most important characteristic of our Client Billing team is the level of customer service they provide. Working with brokers, agents and clients over the phone or email they respond in a timely manner and can come up with payment solutions that suit both the client and the customer. In supporting the Premium Accounting team, they bill insureds for their premiums while also following up on past due premiums, canceling policies, and pursuing outstanding earned premiums. They maintain daily and weekly reports, notify brokers and insureds of missing bank information and overdue payments, while also auditing files on a regular basis to look for discrepancies and inconsistencies. We want your talent If you are great at: Customer Service Analyzing information Problem solving If you have: Post-Secondary education (College or University) 2+ years of front-line customer service experience Previous accounting, accounts receivable or collections is an asset Must be fully bilingual in both English and French, verbally and in writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Team-first mentality We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $43,000 - $65,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
