What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative (CSR) to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards. The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. If you are great at: Delivering friendly, professional service through phone‑based client interactions Communicating clearly and confidently with both clients and internal partners Managing multiple tasks and systems with confidence and accuracy Staying organized and detail‑focused in a high‑volume environment Adapting quickly during periods of change and tight timelines Collaborating with teammates and internal partners If you have: An active OTL license Post-Secondary education (College or University) 3+ years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Team-first mentality We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000, which reflects the expected base pay for the position. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
