REGISTERED CARE AIDE, MED SURG

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Care Aide works in cooperation with interdisciplinary team members to assist in the delivery of client care in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures. Must have current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry

The Registered Care Aide assists in the delivery of client care within a medical-surgical unit. They work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team following established policies, standards, and procedures.

Candidates must have current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry. The role is designated as entry-level.
