Your Role Comply with Provincial Pharmacy Regulations and Practice Standards Follow Provincial Drug Formulary and advise on regulatory changes Maintain patient confidentiality per Privacy Act Ensure compliance with NIHB Claims Submission Implement and maintain operational standards and Store Procedures Manage pharmacy staff, including orientation, training, and leadership Deliver patient-focused, positive outcome care and collaborate with healthcare professionals and community agencies Educate the community with a strong emphasis on health promotion Recognize and develop business opportunities and nurture relationships with Healthcare Centers, Nursing Stations, and Physician Clinics Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Licensed by the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists or relevant provincial body Ability to work under minimal supervision Maintain Continuing Education requirements Effective communication skills to counsel, educate, and instruct patients and staff Previous management experience preferred Experience with Pharmacy software (Kroll an asset) Ability to manage a team of approximately 2-3 staff Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Location: Prince Albert, SK Position Type: Temporary Full-Time, 3-Month Contract (September–December) Reports To: Pharmacy Market Manager, Saskatchewan We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. #MakeADifference #PharmacyNWC
