Fortis Mining, Engineering, & Manufacturing is growing, and we're on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Industrial Mechanic/Millwright Journeyperson (Site-Based), whose primary responsibilities include installing or dismantling machinery and equipment according to equipment diagrams & specs, blueprints, and other diagrams. This position also requires that the Millwright troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems with associated equipment. Quality work and timely completion of all aspects of work performed is required. The role involves installing, dismantling, and assembling industrial and construction equipment according to technical diagrams and blueprints. The Millwright is also responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on-site.

Candidates must hold an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Journeyperson Certificate or be at an apprentice level. Physical fitness to lift 50 pounds and experience with large rotating equipment and high-quality inspections are required.
