Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. Dangerous. Dusty. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification. Area of specialization: High-rises (8 stories or more). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Manual dexterity. Physically demanding. Work under pressure. Own tools/equipment: Gloves. Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Tools. Personal suitability: Accurate. Organized. Team player. Resourcefulness. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Do you have experience working in this field?. Do you have the equipment you need to work from home (like internet and a workspace)?. Do you have the required certifications listed in the job posting?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Flexible hours. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
