Job Summary : The Warehouse Inventory Clerk position will be responsible for creating and maintaining cycle counts, and disposition of excess, surplus, obsolete, and scrap inventory. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the creation, completion, and filing of all warehouse related documents and general warehouse duties, receiving, picking and packing as required. Essential Job Responsibilities: Create and complete regular inventory cycle counts in ERP system. Create recount in ERP, perform reconciliations, and process counts after attaining necessary approval. Create cycle count reports and send them to accounting Periodic review and disposition of excess, surplus, obsolete and scrap inventory. Completion of related documentation. Perform some of the warehouse lead’s tasks in their absence Create and distribute shipping documents. System confirm the completion of international shipments and file to Canada Customs audit standards. System confirm the completion of local shipments and purchase order receipts and file to NOV Canada ULC standards. General warehouse related duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience): Good communication skills (verbal and written) is essential Microsoft office training is essential. Knowledge and experience with warehousing and industrial equipment is essential A valid forklift operator certification is essential This position is classified as safety sensitive, and employment would be conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment testing.
