Req ID: 226600Location: Central Zone, Halifax Infirmary Summer Street Entrance - QEII Department: OPCZ Cardiac Electrodiag UnitType of Employment: Permanent Hourly FT (100%) x 1 Union: NSGEU Healthcare PositionPosting Closing Date: 29-Sep-26About the Opportunity Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Registered Cardiology Technologist Advanced evaluates and assists in the diagnosis of patients’ cardiac status through a variety of noninvasive cardiac diagnostic tests. Responsibilities include preparing patients for and performing site-wide electrocardiograms, signal-averaged electrocardiograms, ambulatory monitoring (Holter/Event Monitor preliminary reporting), and physician-assisted exercise tolerance testing (stress testing).
