Job Description Skyview Medical Clinic is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage the following dates: December 21st - December 31st, 2026 January 1st- January 13th, 2027 Responsibilities delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members Remuneration guaranteed daily minimum income of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 or half-day) additional shadow billings if above amount is exceeded. accommodations up to $300 per night travel expenses (including air fare up to $1,500) travel time up to 10 hours per week licensing fees for College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSNS) Qualifications all applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS) all family physicians must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Additional Information Clinic Details Skyview Medical Clinic is a well-established and collaborative primary care practice. The clinic is home to seven Family Physicians and one Family Practice Nurse, fostering a team-based approach to patient care. The practice utilizes the Med Access EMR system, supporting efficient documentation, seamless care coordination, and effective communication among providers. Physicians benefit from an established patient panel, a professionally managed clinic environment, and the support of highly experienced administrative and clerical staff. Conveniently located on Spring Garden Road, Skyview Medical Clinic offers a modern, well-organized practice setting focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Exigences
