Job Description Dr. Mark Kazimirksi's Practice is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage from December 1st, 2026 - April 30th, 2027 Responsibilities delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members Remuneration guaranteed daily minimum income of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 or half-day) additional shadow billings if above amount is exceeded. accommodations up to $300 per night travel expenses (including air fare up to $1,500) travel time up to 10 hours per week licensing fees for College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSNS) Qualifications all applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS) all family physicians must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Additional Information Clinic Details Dr. Mark Kazimirskis Practice is a privately owned practice. We are a group of 2 physicians who work independently but connect regularly for case discussions. We are located 40 minutes from Halifax and are on MedAccess EMR. Very flexible with schedule hours and dates. Coverage would fall under the locum program, no additional overhead required and billing is included. Exigences
