Nu-Trend Industries is hiring a full-time Counter Sales & Shipping Assistant for our Regina branch. This role supports both front-counter customer service and warehouse shipping/receiving operations. Were looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual who can work well with customers and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. ACCOUNTABILITIESShip, receive, and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, and equipmentAssist customers who purchase material at the branch counterResearch products for customers and provide recommendationsEnter, pick, and pack sales orders generated at the counterMaintain and clean the counter area, including merchandising displaysInform the Purchasing Team when stock levels are low EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTSHigh School DiplomaHVAC or trades experience (preferred but optional)Valid drivers licenseComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)Ability to lift 50 lbs minimumStrong customer service and communication skillsWillingness to learn and expand product knowledgeExcellent relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and teammatesAbility to learn and operate Epicor Prophet 21 (order processing system)Forklift experience is an asset (or willingness to learn) BENEFITSProfit sharingCasual dressPaid vacation & time offCompany events & social hours
