Each NUDESTIX product is enriched with skin-loving vitamins, antioxidants, and moisturizers, offering multitasking solutions for face, eyes, lips, and nails. Guided by the belief that a little color goes a long way, NUDESTIX champions simple, fun, and intuitive makeup routines that enhance rather than mask natural features. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Brand Representative role based in Mississauga, ON. The Brand Representative will engage customers in-store, introduce them to NUDESTIX products, and demonstrate how to achieve a natural, everyday look using the brand’s makeup crayons. Responsibilities include providing knowledgeable product guidance, answering customer questions, supporting sales targets, and promoting brand values and campaigns. The role also involves maintaining product displays, ensuring testers and merchandising are clean, organized, and visually appealing, and gathering customer feedback to share with the broader team. The Brand Representative will collaborate with store staff, participate in events or promotions, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and deliver a positive in-store experience. Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent NUDESTIX values and effectively communicate product benefits. Candidates should possess clear and engaging Communication skills to explain product usage, share beauty tips, and support sales conversations. Knowledge or interest in cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends is beneficial. Previous retail, sales, or beauty counter experience is an asset. Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), and collaborate with diverse teams.

Engage customers in-store to demonstrate NUDESTIX products and provide knowledgeable guidance to support sales targets. Maintain visually appealing product displays and gather customer feedback for the broader team.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for cosmetics and beauty trends. Previous retail or beauty counter experience is considered an asset.
