NUMIS CPAs is looking for an experienced and detailed Manager to join our team in our new office! Reporting to the Partners, the Manager will mainly focus on high level prep and first review of compilations as well as manage our team in Vancouver. * This is a new role that will begin September 2026* Responsibilities Review compilation engagements and various other accounting assignments Manage file progress and workflow Review working papers and support for the completion of financial statements Review corporate and individual tax returns Review sales tax returns Utilize technology to maximize efficiency and accuracy Providing ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of accounting and office staff in our Vancouver location Contribute to client satisfaction by providing clients with exceptional quality, timely and responsive services Qualifications CPA Designation is a requirement 4+ years with relevant public practice experience including experience as a manager Experience with Caseware, CCH iFirm, Quickbooks, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint) Strong written and oral communication skills in English Excellent time management skills The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team when required Driven to meet simultaneous deadlines and adapt to competing priorities Why work at NUMIS?
