What We Offer Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work $27 to $30 per hour ( based on experience) 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions 24/7 assistance related to client care Responsibilities And Duties Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, other interdisciplinary team members ー As a brand ambassador the LPN/RPN treats client and team members with courtesy and respect ー Reviews the care plans arranged by the case manager ( Care Designer) prior to beginning a visit, completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested ー Responds to Care Services Center (CSC) Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline ー Engages in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified ー Delivers comprehensive professional nursing care consistent with the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs. ー Perform all skills, treatments and procedures competently in accordance to the provincial scope of LPN/RPN and adheres to the policies, procedures and protocols of Nurse Next Door. ー Assess and provide client and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis. ー Assists clients in all activities of daily living/hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, linen changes and so forth. Requirements 1 year previous Nursing experience Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset Proof of LPN Certification Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position Valid driver’s license is required Nurse Next Door is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. The LPN is responsible for delivering comprehensive professional nursing care and performing treatments in accordance with provincial scopes and company protocols. They must manage care plans, provide client and family education, and assist with activities of daily living.

Candidates must have at least one year of nursing experience, a valid LPN certification, and a current TB screen and criminal record check. A valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in Canada are also required.
