What You'll Do Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all Nutrien safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees Provide technical diagnosis, perform maintenance, complete troubleshooting and repair work on all Mill equipment Support continuous improvement programs by maintaining equipment records and repair history and providing data for cause and failure analysis What You'll Bring A valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Certificate of Journeyperson Status (Red Seal) as an Industrial Mechanic Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions Stable work record with 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in an industrial environment is an asset Ready to make an impact with us? The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for providing technical diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair work on all mill equipment. They must ensure a safe work environment and support continuous improvement by maintaining detailed equipment records.

Candidates must hold a valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Red Seal Certificate as an Industrial Mechanic. A stable work record with 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
