What You'll Do Supervise performance, provide mentoring, and guide approximately 35 hourly mine shift operator. Provide safety guidance and ensure compliance with all safety and work space rules and procedures. Close interaction with the Maintenance, Planning and Engineering Departments to safely and efficiently utilized available resources to meet daily production goals. What You'll Bring Grade 12 or equivalent required. 5 years potash mining experience and/or Saskatchewan underground supervisor certification required. Mine Operations (potash) experience preferred. Supervisory experience in a unionized environment preferred. Demonstrated guidance and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire; educate and mentor. Demonstrated commitment to safety. Computer proficiency. Mine Rescue certification, and involvement in OH&S and exposure based safety programs are assets. Ready to make an impact with us? Apply today!
