What You'll Do Lead monthly financial analysis, reporting packages, and business commentary for Regional Administration and Finance leadership Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting to Regional, Divisional, Branch, and Corporate stakeholders Provide financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making and business objectives Partner with Regional, Divisional, and Branch leadership to improve operating performance, profitability, and financial results Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and company policies Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and monthly management narratives Participate in the month-end close process, including journal entries, financial statement review, and collaboration with operational accounting teams Identify and develop opportunities to improve regional profitability and business performance Support acquisition integration activities and related financial analysis Lead financial training and development sessions for Regional, Divisional, and Branch personnel Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance financial processes and decision support Support regional capital planning, capital allocation decisions, and investment prioritization Conduct capital project evaluations, business case development, and discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses Perform special projects and other duties as assigned What You'll Bring A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution 6+ years of related experience in financial analysis Demonstrated leadership skills are a plus Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Strong analytical skills Highly detail oriented Self-Motivated and inquisitive Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with accounting is a plus Deep integrity and business ethics Ability to lead by example and work well independently and within a team Commitment to sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side others in a diverse culture What You'll Get Purpose-Driven Work – Make an impact as part of a global team feeding the future and support farmers locally and around the world Excellent Benefits – Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, plus a retirement program with generous employer matching for your future Grow Your Career – Tuition assistance for future education and ongoing learning and training opportunities for career advancement pathways across the organization Support When it Matters – Employee Assistance Programs, inclusive leaves, and paid time for holidays, volunteering, vacation, and wellness Thrive in a Strong Culture – Guided by our core values we put safety first, act with integrity, are stronger together, and deliver with excellence in a collaborative, high-performing environment Ready to make an impact with us?
