The Opportunity As a Registered Psychotherapist, you will have the autonomy to build and manage your own practice within a supportive, established clinic environment. Key Responsibilities * Registered Psychotherapist * Provide experienced PTSD and Trauma-Informed Care * Able to provide experienced psychotherapy, psychoeducational and/or psychological assessments * Experience with WSIB program * Effectively manage case load, reporting * Additional Role Expectations: * Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Qualifications * Master’s or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or related field) * Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body * 3+ years of relevant working experience in areas of practice * Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain) * Experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychological assessments * Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches * Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and case management skills (e.g., timely reports) * No supervision required would be an asset What You’ll Experience * Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and autonomy over your practice * Strong referral network and consistent client flow * Established clinic infrastructure and administrative support (HR, Finance, Marketing, Referrals, Scheduling and Billing) * Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists) * Regular clinical consultation and team collaboration opportunities * Team events and celebrations * A positive team culture with opportunities for connection and recognition Additional Benefits: * Full-Time Contractors (20+ billable hours per week) are also eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package * Continuing Education Allowance * Training and Professional Development support * Referral program
