We are seeking 1 compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support to pet owners. Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as required. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional care for all patients. Veterinary Receptionist Experience Previous veterinary reception experience is required Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and pets. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using office equipment and software for scheduling and record-keeping. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
