About the Role O2 Beauty is seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional hair services and building lasting client relationships, contributing directly to the salon's reputation for quality and client satisfaction. This role reports to the Salon Manager and works closely with other stylists and support staff. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their desired look, hair type, and lifestyle needs Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and other hair services to a high professional standard Recommend and sell hair care products based on client needs Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in line with health and safety regulations Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication Qualifications Valid Hairstylist/Hairdresser certification or license (as required in Ontario) Proven experience as a hairdresser or in a similar role Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and current trends Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A team-oriented, positive attitude

The Hairdresser is responsible for providing professional hair services including cutting, styling, and coloring based on client consultations. They must also maintain a sanitized workstation and recommend hair care products to build a loyal client base.

Candidates must hold a valid Hairstylist or Hairdresser certification or license as required in Ontario. Proven experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of current hair care trends and techniques are required.
