From naturally fermented attiéké to pancake & waffle mixes and baking flour, we’re making cassava easier to discover, cook with and enjoy, without asking people to completely change the way they eat. What makes us different? We start with things people already know and use: a quick breakfast, an easy side dish or something to bake with, and make them with cassava.
