Position Summary Under the supervision of the Box Office Manager, the casual part-time Box Office Ticket Seller will assist in the operation of the box office, selling tickets during box office hours and during event days. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 CAD. Benefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matching. This position will remain open until December 11, 2026. Responsibilities To provide excellent customer service and a positive experience to our Patrons. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Accurately sell tickets at the Box Office window or on the phone. Handle customer complaints in an empathetic and understanding manner. Keep work organized. Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills ideally with a computerized ticketing system. Previous cash handling and/or retail experience. Ability to accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash and process credit card transactions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to keep accurate and legible records. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends and some holidays.
