Position Summary As a valuable member of the Changeover Crew, you will deliver championship service throughout the organization. The Changeover Crew will be responsible for the setup/take-down of the facility events. This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.75 CAD. Benefits As Per The Union Agreement. This position will remain open until December 11, 2026. Responsibilities Convert seating, boards, glass, staging, etc. between events/games in a safe, timely, and efficient manner Communicate positively and professionally with internal customers and co-workers to meet organizational goals Ensure the work area and equipment are clean and organized at all times Work diligently to ensure the safety of self and others at all times Adhere to all Oak View Group Venue Management service standards and policies Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Available to work the overnight shift and weekends with some flexibility for late afternoon shifts Previous experience in general labor/construction is an asset Ability to work while under pressure; meet tight deadlines Must be able to bend, stretch, move in repetitive motions, etc. Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs unaided Safety boots required, uniform top provided Positive team spirit and a professional winning attitude Strengthened by our Differences.
