\*This job is Thursday-Friday 8:30-6:30 and Saturday 8:30-1:30.\* Oakville Rehab Centre is a caring group of health professionals who share a desire to make a difference. We are looking for a Medical Administrative person/physio assistant for our rapidly expanding health care clinic. *Responsibilities include:* * Scheduling appointments * Comfortable on computers and the telephone * Answering phone calls, checking voicemails and emails * Fax and Scan medical documents * Effectively communicating with chiropractors, physiotherapist and massage therapists * Organizing and prioritizing tasks at hand * Assisting with patient treatment/care, using ultrasound and IFC, supporting chiropractors and physiotherapists * Providing excellent patient care *The ideal candidate:* * A positive team player with excellent communication skills * Superior customer service skills * Experience using Aspire or other EMR software * An outgoing, cheerful, enthusiastic and energetic personality * Fluent reading and writing in English * Experience in performing modalities (IFC and ultrasounds) Pay: From $19.00 per hour Application question(s): * Are you available to work during the day, Thursday through Saturday?
