Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Oasis Massage Therapy is excited to welcome a new Registered Massage Therapist to our North location, situated in the heart of NE London with easy access to major transit routes. Our clinic has been a trusted part of the community for years, drawing loyal clients from Stoneybrook, Northridge, Masonville, Uplands, Stoney Creek, and beyond. Our space is quiet, clean, spacious, and fully equipped—a place where both therapists and clients feel at ease. We currently serve private-pay clients only (no MVA, WSIB, etc.), keeping your caseload simple and focused. You’ll be joining a team of three RMTs (1 FT, 2 PT) with steady demand and room to grow. This is an ideal opportunity for: A seasoned therapist looking for a supportive, established clinic to call home A new grad eager to build a thriving practice in a high-demand area Our primary full-time therapist is gradually reducing hands-on hours and no longer accepting new patients, creating a perfect opening for someone ready to step in. We’re looking for someone who can start with 2–3 shifts per week (4–6 hours each). Scheduling is flexible, though evenings and weekends are most needed. As your caseload grows, your hours can grow with you. What We’re Looking For A therapist who is: Professional, reliable, and motivated Strong in communication (written and verbal) Eager to learn, grow, and find their niche Registered and in good standing with the CMTO (or awaiting certification) Covered by their own professional liability insurance What We Provide Jane clinic software (chart from home!) Direct billing to insurance providers Limited reception support Online booking via our website New Cardon electric tables (less than 1 year old) Linens + on-site laundry Oils/lotions PPE as needed Business cards + appointment cards Occasional team-building and learning events New grads and those awaiting exam results are absolutely welcome to apply! The Registered Massage Therapist will provide massage therapy services to clients in a supportive clinic environment. They will manage their caseload and work collaboratively with other therapists.

Candidates must be registered and in good standing with the CMTO or awaiting certification, and should have their own professional liability insurance. Strong communication skills and a motivation to learn and grow are essential.
