About The Role We are growing our team and currently recruiting for Journeyman Welders to join our dynamic, safety-focused industrial crew in Prince George, BC What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience and certification Opportunities for advancement A strong commitment to workplace safety and team culture Diverse, hands-on work across various industrial environments LOA based positions available $200/day Bi-weekly pay What You Will Be Doing Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Perform welding using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and MCAW techniques Cut, grind, drill, and stamp materials as needed Conduct equipment maintenance in line with company and industry standards Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate project progress with your supervisor What We Are Looking For Journeyperson Welder certification Valid safety certifications: AWP, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, WHMIS Industrial or mechanical experience A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety Bonus: Experience operating zoom boom, skid steer, forklift, or overhead crane Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Why Work With Us Strong leadership that supports employees Opportunities for advancement Diverse projects Team-oriented culture Respectful workplace Safety is our top priority - we are committed to providing a safe work environment.
