About the Role: The Account Manager, Corporate Ticket Sales - Fort McMurray will be based in Fort McMurray and will be responsible for driving new business through the sale of Edmonton Oilers Season Seats, with additional responsibilities tied to ticket and premium sales for concerts, Oilers and Oil Kings events as required. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with local businesses in Fort McMurray and surrounding area to deliver high-impact, live entertainment experiences that drive long-term value and excitement. Your Focus in this Role: * Primarily responsible for B2B Oilers Season Seat sales * Sell premium rentals for concerts, Oilers and Oil Kings * Sell ticket packages and group sales for Oilers and Oil Kings * Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B accounts with local businesses * Build and manage a self-sourced lead list and maintain relationships with clients * Conduct proactive outreach via phone, SMS, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings * Attend events to host clients and generate leads * Upsell current clients into additional assets * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM tools * Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments to deliver exceptional service Who You Are: * Humility – You know success is a team game * Desire – You push for greatness in everything you do * Self-Awareness – You know your strengths and lean into them while working on your growth areas * You have a passion for sales * You are a trusted team player always ready to collaborate and share. * You are eager to hunt and close new business opportunities * You are customer-centric, both internal and external * You enjoy working in a competitive and fun sales environment * You are both logical and creative when it comes to problem-solving * You are a lifelong learner and are eager to teach yourself, and others, new skills Education, Experience and Skills: * You currently reside in Fort McMurray, or are willing to relocate to Fort McMurray * Minimum 2+ years of sales experience preferred * Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma is an asset * Must have access to a vehicle and a valid Alberta Driver’s License (or ability to obtain prior to employment) * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills * Comfortable managing a robust pipeline and navigating long-term sales cycles * This role will involve regular local travel around Northeast Alberta and monthly to Edmonton * You understand that the professional sports & entertainment industry often results in odd and unpredictable working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.) What’s in it for you? * 100% Employer Paid Benefits + RSP Matching Program * Oilers, Oil Kings, and Live Entertainment Ticket Options * Healthcare and Lifestyle Spending Account Options * On-Site Parking and Transit Allowance * On-Site Gym * Beautiful Office Space located Downtown Edmonton within Rogers Place – with easy access to the LRT! * Social Work Culture + Employee Events Next Steps: Thank you for your interest in joining our team!
